Good day!
If you know me, you know when I start researching something, usually I will travel many different paths until I find exactly what I was looking for. Well my mission is to help educate as many people as I can on how essential oils have helped our family both with the medicinal aspects and also with the financial benefits of sharing the essential oils with others.
As we are starting our journey, I want to be able to assist those looking to participate in doTERRA. There are four ways to participate in our organization:
- Become a wholesale customer – buying your oils at a discount and accruing points on your purchases to help get free products.
- Sharing oils – sharing your oils/experiences to help others can supply benefits such as:
- Paying for your products – share with a few people to get your products for free each month. 3-5 hrs/wk
- Supplement your income – share on a regular basis to add a little extra to your monthly budget. 10-15 hrs/wk
- Replace your income – share regularly to build residual income to replace your 9 to 5. 15-40 hrs/wk
Once you chose your level of commitment, here are some other steps to get you started in your journey:
- Create your LPR template and order
- Place a 100 PV LRP order every month to be eligible
- Always have a 100 PV LRP Template to recieve Fast Start
- Use oils daily
- Create your Names List

- Use your guides – make your class easy and duplicatable – you never know if you are presenting in front of your next builder
- Commit to train yourself in the business
- Schedule time on your calendar to get business training, product training and personal development
- Meet regularly with your upline and team – the more you meet the faster your development will happen
- Join the monthly builder training calls
As always, there is no need to reinvent the wheel. Find someone who is doing what you want to do and replicate. I thought coming into this I was going to do all these things differently and uniquely but came to my senses and just started duplicating what was working with all my mentors. This post is directly from what I learned researching a successful advocate who is a Diamond named Ben. Remember, you do not have to start from scratch. Find those who you want to model and repeat what they teach you. Your success is based on your commitment to succeed. That includes researching those who are doing what you want to do and replicate. Each one has a valuable asset to share. I have many mentors such as Laurie and Ben and I combine each lesson into something that works with me.
Until next time, always remember to smile!
David
